This patient had cancer of ear that successfully removed. Part of pinna was preserved. The wound has healed very well.  This patient shows that postoperatively the facial nerve is intact. The patients smile is perfectly symmetrical.  A cancerous growth can be seen emerging from the external ear of this patient.
